Dear Valued Patients,

It is with mixed emotions that I inform you of a significant change in my life and career. After 29 fulfilling years in pediatrics, it is time for me to embark on a new chapter, and with both excitement and a touch of nostalgia, I am relocating to the picturesque state of Vermont.

The decision to move has not been an easy one, especially considering the deep connections I have forged with each and every one of you over the years. Serving as your pediatrician has been a privilege and an honor, and I am immensely grateful for the trust you have placed in me to care for your children.

I want to assure you that your children's health and well-being have always been my top priority, and I am working diligently to ensure a seamless transition of care. I am confident that my colleagues, Dr. Schmit and Nurse Practitioner Nicholle Bruhn, who will be taking over your pediatric care, will provide the same level of expertise, compassion, and dedication that you have come to expect.

As of August 24th, 2024, my time as your pediatrician will come to a close. I am committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you and your family. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns, and my staff will be more than happy to assist you.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for entrusting me with the privilege of caring for your children. I carry your stories, smiles, and the resilience of the human spirit with me as I embark on this new adventure. Although I may be physically distant, please know that you and your children will remain in my thoughts.

Wishing you continued health, happiness, and all the best in the years to come.

With heartfelt gratitude,

John J. Vann, MD
