Additionally, Through our contracts with all insurance companies we are contractually bound to collect your copay at the time of check in. If you do not have your copay for your appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Starting Immediately You will need to provide your insurance card, photo id and copay at each and every visit. Dear Omaha Childrens Clinic Patients and Families,
Our top priority is to provide the best possible care for your family and ensure a safe environment for every child who visits our office. With the end of the public health emergency, we have updated our office mask policy as follow:
If a patient has symptoms of a contagious illness, such as fever, cough, or sore throat, we require them to wear a mask during their visit. However, for patients without symptoms, we leave the decision of whether to wear a mask up to them and their families. We always have masks available for those who need them.
Thank you for your continued support, and we are excited to see your smiling faces in the clinic once again.
